From April 7 to 12, 2018, at the
invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, Austrian President Alexander Fan Debei and Prime Minister Sebastian Kurtz led
the highest-level delegation in history to China for a state visit and to
attend annual BOAO FORUM for Asia in 2018.
On the
afternoon of April 8th, a signing ceremony was held in the Four Seasons
Hotel in Beijing for cooperation between Chinese and Austrian enterprises. The
government representatives who attended the signing ceremony included Austrian
President Alexander Fan Debei , Prime Minister
Sebastian Kurtz, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of
Environment, Minister of Economy , Minister of Infrastructure, Chairman of the Federal
Chamber of Commerce, Austrian Ambassador to China, and China's ambassador to
Austria, Austria Xiaosi Li. The Projects Contracts signed worth 1.5 billion Euros,
involving infrastructure, financial
cooperation, culture and arts, education, and many other aspects.
Nanjing

were invited to complete the project cooperation signing on the event.
